Drama is timetabled for each year group once a week with a specialist teacher. Drama is exciting, fun and hugely rewarding. It builds individual confidence and requires a high degree of personal discipline, as well as developing collaboration and teamwork skills. Children also have a specialist dance lesson once a week up until Year 4.
Dance and drama tuition is provided by a qualified LAMDA teacher, who helps children gain excellent grades in the annual examinations.
The after-school dance club has competed at the National Dance Challenge three years in a row and has reached the finals twice.
