Welcome to our School Website

A very warm welcome to Faraday School.

Founded in 2009, Faraday is a small but growing independent primary school in East London located within the inspirational setting of Trinity Buoy Wharf. Children join our Reception class in their fifth year, and leave for secondary education at the age of eleven.

Here at Faraday, we offer a traditional approach to primary education with a strong emphasis on the core skills of literacy and numeracy. We believe in a traditional approach, although our lessons reflect modern thinking on how children learn most effectively.  Our small classes and quality staff allow for a personal approach to learning.

The Faraday curriculum is broad and stimulating, and includes specialist teaching in French, Music and Physical Education. The school day runs from 8.45 am until 3.30 pm, but children are welcomed from 8.15 am onwards, and we offer after-school care for children staying after school until 5.30 pm.  We also provide a wide range of extra-curricular activities clubs.  Our private buses run before and after school from a range of East London locations.

Our website can only give you a small taste of what we do and our hopes and aims for the future. To find out more, and to see the school in action, please contact us to arrange your visit.
