House System

At Faraday School each child belongs to a house from either Newton, Darwin, Hawking or Anning.  These names were chosen by the children to reflect the scientific and historical importance of Trinity Buoy Wharf.

We aim to create a positive, collaborative community that encourages team work, by allowing the children to work in vertical house groupings for special curriculum days.

There is a healthy sense of competition between the houses and we hold regular quizzes and sporting events, with the winning house team being awarded the house trophy.
